Science and Technology, atoms 2

NAVO MSRC Visual Analysis and Data Interpretation Center (VADIC) Image LibraryApplication of parallel, multi-scale materials simulations: 1) To improve understanding of how atomic level processes
determine macroscopic properties of high temperature materials. 2) Identify new ways in which the performance of high temperature materials can be improved under extreme operating conditions. 3) Closely tied to the Deparment of Defense's Integrated High Performance Turbine Engine Technology initiative and various experimental efforts to design high temperature materials for propulsion, aerospace, and ground transportation technologies.

The Naval Oceanographic Office Major Shared Resource Center (NAVOCEANO MSRC) is a premiere provider of high performance computing services and support to the United States Department of Defense.
